Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. Introduction Welcome to our platform! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
  2. Eligibility By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The use of our platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.
  3. Deposits and Withdrawals
    3.1 - Deposits
    The minimum deposit allowed on the platform is US$ 30,00. We currently do not charge any fees for deposits. However, the platform reserves the right to change this policy at any time, upon prior notice.
    3.2 - Withdrawals
    The minimum withdrawal allowed is US$ 100,00. Withdrawals may be subject to a 2% fee, depending on the chosen payment method. In order to make withdrawals, the user must have made a transaction with the deposited amount. This measure is implemented to prevent fraud. The processing time for withdrawals is approximately 5 hours. However, the total time for the funds to be available may vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the user's bank or financial institution. The processing time may be extended if our anti-fraud system identifies any irregularity.
  4. Bonuses and Promotions We offer occasional promotions and bonuses of up to 200% on the first deposit. All bonuses are withdrawable, but to withdraw the bonus, the user must make a transaction of 200x the amount of the original deposit. The platform reserves the right to change, modify or terminate any promotions and bonuses at any time, without prior notice.
  5. Operations on the Platform Our platform is 100% responsive and can be used on mobile devices through browsers such as Google Chrome, Safari, among others. The platform strives to ensure that all services are available continuously. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  6. Customer Support Customer support is available through the support tab on the left side menu of the platform. The standard response time is 24 hours, but may vary in cases of high volume of requests.
  7. Fraud and Security The security of our users is a priority. All users must carry out identity verification before making withdrawals. Any attempt to commit fraud or abuse the system will result in immediate suspension of the account and cancellation of any pending withdrawals. The platform uses anti-fraud systems to monitor suspicious activity. In the event of fraud detection, the withdrawal process may be postponed for further analysis.
  8. Changes to the Terms The platform reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Any changes will be notified to users via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
  9. Limitation of Liability The platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
  10. Liability for Losses The platform is not liable for financial losses arising from operations performed by users on the platform, such as investment or trading decisions. All operations performed are the sole responsibility of the user.
  11. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the platform operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and the competent courts.
  12. Force Majeure The platform will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars, cyber-attacks, strikes, or interruptions in communication services.

Cyberattacks, including DDoS attacks, which may result in service interruptions or loss of funds. We take all reasonable steps to protect our systems against such incidents, but we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of your own systems and data.
